“But they that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength…” – Isaiah 40:31

The Challenge of Waiting ⏳

Waiting is one of the hardest seasons we face. It’s that quiet in-between space — where faith is tested, patience is stretched, and healing doesn’t happen overnight.

Have you ever broken a bone? Last month, I slipped and broke my elbow. The doctor said it was the blunt force impact from the fall that caused the break. The waiting for it to heal has been slow and painful. Yet in this still and humbling season, God has been teaching me something deeper.

Healing in the Unseen 🌸

Just as bones knit together, unseen beneath my brace, God is working in the unseen places of my heart. The pain may limit what I can do physically, but spiritually it’s been an invitation to lean more on Him.

He’s not only healing my elbow — He’s teaching me to rest in His strength. 💗

Trusting the Process 🤍

Just as I can trust the brace to hold my arm steady, I can trust God to hold my life steady. Healing is a process that cannot be rushed. It requires surrender, patience, and time.

And just as a skilled doctor sets a broken bone to protect it while it heals, God lovingly sets our hearts back in alignment. 💕

A Lesson from My Heart 🌿

If you find yourself in a season of waiting today, remember — God is working in the unseen.

He is renewing your strength, restoring your heart, and preparing you for what’s next. ✨
