“It is not good for man to be alone.” — Genesis 2:18
We Were Never Meant to Walk Alone
While walking through the airport recently, I passed by a LEGO store and noticed a beautiful airplane built from hundreds of tiny LEGO pieces ✈️. It may seem like a small, ordinary thing, but it caught my attention.
A single LEGO piece on its own doesn’t look like much. It has shape and purpose, but it was never meant to stay alone. Only when it connects with other pieces does it become something stronger—more complete—something beautiful 🧩✨
God designed us the same way.

Many Pieces, One Beautiful Design
From the very beginning, Scripture reminds us that we were created for connection 🤍 We were never meant to walk alone.
Throughout the Bible, we see powerful pictures of what happens when God brings His people together. In Nehemiah 3, families and neighbors rebuilt the wall of Jerusalem side by side. Each group repaired their portion, and together they became a fortress 🧱
In 1 Corinthians 12, Paul reminds us that the church is one body with many parts. “The eye cannot say to the hand, ‘I don’t need you.’”
Just like LEGO bricks, each of us has a unique design. Each piece matters. But it is only when we are connected that we function as God intended 🙏
Stronger Together
Sometimes we resist connection because of past hurt, fear, or pride. Yet when God-centered relationships snap into place, they provide strength, stability, and support—far greater than what we could ever create on our own 💞
Seeing those LEGO pieces also reminded me of my students and the little masterpieces they loved to build together 🧒🧒 Each child brought something different, and together they created something far greater than what one could do alone. What a beautiful picture of how God works among His people.

A Moment to Reflect 🌱
Where is God inviting us into deeper connection? 💖
We were never meant to do life alone. God meets us in community, and He builds something beautiful when we allow ourselves to connect 🤍✨
