“Love is patient, love is kind.
It does not envy or boast, it is not proud.
It is not rude, not self-seeking, not easily angered, and keeps no record of wrongs.
Love rejoices with the truth.
It always protects, trusts, hopes, and perseveres.
Love never fails.”
— 1 Corinthians 13 🤍

Love in Ordinary Moments 💭
On a recent trip to the bank, I made a deposit — and during that same visit, a withdrawal. As I drove away, I thought about another kind of banking we all do every day — the love bank that exists within our hearts.
Our relationships work much the same way. Over time, they grow stronger or weaker based on what we choose to invest.

Deposits and Withdrawals 🤲
When we increase our relationship deposits, our relationships grow richer and healthier. Love banking happens when we stop keeping score and focus more on what we give than on what we receive.
Every Word Matters 🕊️
Every word we speak is either a deposit or a withdrawal. Critical or hurtful words make withdrawals. Over time, too many withdrawals can leave a relationship overdrawn.
Choosing to Build 🌱
Kind, loving, encouraging words spoken with sincerity are deposits that help relationships grow. When deposits are made consistently, love continues to flourish.

A Gentle Invitation 🤍
As we begin this week, let’s reflect on how we can limit withdrawals and increase our deposits.
Why not begin today — and make a positive deposit into someone else’s love bank?
