The Power of Words 💬✨

“The tongue has the power of life and death, and those who love it will eat its fruit.” — Proverbs 18:21

Our words are powerful. They can heal or hurt, lift up or tear down, speak life or sow destruction. Every time we open our mouths, we have the opportunity to echo the heart of God.

Words That Reflect the Heart đź’–

Think about how a kind word can calm fear, or how a careless comment can wound a heart for years. What we say reveals what lives inside of us.

Jesus reminds us, “Out of the abundance of the heart, the mouth speaks.” — Matthew 12:34

When our hearts are filled with His love, our words become a reflection of His peace, compassion, and truth.

Speak Life 🌿

As followers of Christ, we are called to speak truth with love — words that are “gracious, seasoned with salt.” — Colossians 4:6

When we do, our speech becomes a channel of God’s grace and wisdom to others.

Let’s be intentional with our words — to speak blessings, not bitterness.

Faith, not fear.

Love, not hate.

A Gentle Challenge for the Week 🌸

This week, before we speak, let’s pause and ask the Holy Spirit to guide our words.

May everything we say bring life, healing, and encouragement to those around us.

Let your words echo the heart of God. ✝️
