Faithful in the Little Things 🙏

A Truth Jesus Repeats Often

“He who is faithful in what is least is faithful also in much.”

Luke 16:10 Jesus often reminds us that how we handle the small things in our day reveals whether we can be trusted with the bigger things. What may seem insignificant to us is often what God uses to shape our hearts.

Small Decisions, Lasting Impact 🌿

Throughout Scripture, we see how one decision can carry lifelong impact. Adam’s choice cost him paradise. Yet, a young boy’s simple lunch, placed in Jesus’ hands, fed five thousand. One small act of trust can become something far greater than we imagine.

A Jar Filled With What Matters 💌

I keep a glass jar filled with little treasures — notes, cards, things made by my children, handwritten letters from loved ones. They may seem simple, but they are priceless to me. Since the passing of my parents, reading their handwritten notes brings deep comfort. Their words still speak. Their love still remains.

Life Is Built From Little Things 🌱

Our lives are much the same — a jar filled with small moments. God delights in giving us daily opportunities to grow our faith, often using the smallest things to test our integrity. Small compromises can lead to big problems, while small acts of obedience can open the door to great blessings.

What We Do in Private Matters 🙏

A brief prayer, a quiet act of kindness, a handwritten note, or how we respond to interruptions and difficult moments — these little things shape who we are becoming. God sees every kind gesture done with no hidden agenda. Nothing offered in love is ever wasted.

A Gentle Invitation ✨

As we begin this week, let us pause and reflect together:

What’s one small deposit we can place in someone’s jar today? 🤍
