“To everything there is a season, a time for every purpose under heaven.” — Ecclesiastes 3:1
I recently walked into a beautiful garden, and above the entrance was a simple sign that read… Garden of Surprises. 🌸
There is something about a garden that makes us expectant. We plant something small—a tiny seed in the soil—and then we wait. And while we are waiting, God is working… in ways we cannot yet see.
His kingdom is often like that. Quiet. Hidden. But always growing.

As I walked through that garden, I began to think about how often God surprises us. His timing is always intentional… even when we don’t understand it. 🌼 Just like a garden, there is a process—planting, budding, blooming, and growing. And that is how He works in our lives too.
It is a lifelong journey of growth. 🌱
Sometimes the surprises are beautiful blessings… unexpected moments of joy, new opportunities, or answered prayers. And sometimes, the surprises come in ways we didn’t plan… in seasons that feel difficult or uncertain.
But in every season, God is still working.
Scripture reminds us that He knows the plans He has for us—plans filled with hope and a future. And even when life catches us off guard, nothing takes Him by surprise. 💛
In those unexpected moments, we are invited to trust Him more deeply. To lean on His strength. To remember that He can bring hope, even in the waiting… and peace, even in the unknown.

His love… His presence… and His new mercies each day… remind us that we are never alone.
And when we begin to look with open hearts, we start to see His goodness in ways we may have missed before. Little reminders that He is near… that He is faithful… and that He is always at work.
As I left that garden, I smiled and said to the gatekeeper… it truly lived up to its name—a garden of surprises. 🌷
And isn’t that just like our God… always working… always faithful… and always full of beautiful surprises.
