One Nation Under God ❤️🤍💙
"Blessed is the nation whose God is the Lord, the people He chose for His inheritance." — Psalm 33:12 🙏
While growing up, I can still remember standing in my school classroom with my hand over my heart, saying the Pledge of Allegiance: "One nation under God."
That familiar phrase reminds us that our greatest strength has never been found in wealth, power, or accomplishments. Rather, our hope rests in acknowledging that God is sovereign over all nations.🤍

As we continue celebrating America's 250th birthday, it is a wonderful opportunity to look back with gratitude. Our ancestors passed down more than names, dates, and family stories. They left us examples of courage, perseverance, sacrifice, and hope. God delights in weaving His purposes through family lines, carrying His faithfulness from one generation to the next.✨
I am currently in the process of becoming a Daughter of the American Revolution, thanks to the service and sacrifice of my ancestors. Reflecting on their legacy reminds me that the price paid for freedom is truly incredible. The freedoms we enjoy today did not come without great cost.
Perhaps the greatest gift we can offer our country is not only patriotic pride, but faithful prayer—asking God to guide our leaders with wisdom and to unite us in what is good, true, and honorable.🙏

Deuteronomy 32:7 says, "Remember the days of old; consider the generations long past. Ask your father and he will tell you, your elders, and they will explain to you."
As we remember those who came before us, may we also consider the legacy we are leaving for those who will come after us.🤍
This week, will you join me in praying for our leaders, our communities, our churches, and future generations? Let us ask God to help us live as people of character, kindness, and faith—choosing each day to be one nation under God.🙏
